What areas do we cover?

For cleaning services, we cover the area of the city of Barban as well as the whole of Istria - we come to your address.

What are our opening hours?

We come by invitation and appointment.

How can I pay for the service?

We accept payment in cash or payment by bank transfer. Cash payment upon completion of the service and by money order before the service (for individuals) and up to 30 days after the service (for legal entities) unless otherwise agreed.

Can you remove stains from carpets or mattresses?

In most cases we remove stains, but in some situations we cannot guarantee this 100%. In any case, we promise to do our best to remove them and achieve the best possible result.

Can I hire a service to clean my office?

You can, we clean offices and other business premises, but also restaurants, cafes, vacation homes, villas, apartments...

Are you moving furniture?

We move light furniture such as chairs, coffee tables, armchairs, etc., so that they can carry out the cleaning process smoothly.

When can I use the room after cleaning the carpet or mattress?

Although we use professional equipment and high-quality technologies to clean carpets, couches, mattresses and more, additional time is required for complete drying. It all depends on the air flow and ventilation of the room and the type and thickness of the fabric. We recommend walking with bare feet until the carpets are completely dry. Approximate drying time: Carpets (synthetic) – 4-5 hours; Sofas – 6-8 hours; Mattress – 12-24 hours; *Wool carpets and sofas will take longer to dry. Please note that a significant odor may be present during the drying process based on the nature of the fabric.

Can I book the service for the desired date and time?
